Tata has finally cracked the code to male the unique and good looking cars. The carmaker is always known for its ever last built quality , ruggedness and engines which have set a benchmark for other car manufacturers as well. Cars like Nexon, Harrier certainly looks class apart and way better than what competition has to offer at the same price point. Introducing the latest technology and design has always been in the DNA of Tata motors.
This time around the Tata is coming up with a new car to join the lineup called 'Altroz'. The car which is teasing and making many Indian buyers to wait . It is expected to give a real tough competition to its segment rivals .
Design:
Exterior:
Tata Altroz was showcased at the Gene Motorshow 2019 and since then it has create a lot of curiosity among the potential buyers.
The car look quite sharp from every angle giving it a modern look. The grille is neatly designed which blend with the long headlamp setup . The headlamp cluster is familiar to the old gen Tata cars with modern touch. Bumper of the car looks beefy and houses LED DRLs and foglamp not much below the headlamp.
From side the shoulder line give this car more mascular look. The alloy wheels on this car looks unique carrying the sharp design language of the car.
Interior:
The Altroz is expected to come with latest interior design language which is opt by other moder Tata cars in the lineup. For starters the car is expected to come with semi digital instrument cluster like Harrier, push button start , ambient lighting, cruise control , auto AC and other features to be revealed.
Engine:
The Tata Altroz will come with the naturally aspirated petrol engine and turbocharged petrol and diesel engine options. The engines will be the same 1.2 litre configuratio s offered in Nexon but will make their way in Altroz in different state of tune. The Altroz is expected to come with both the manual as well as the AMT gearbox.
Competition:
The Altroz will compete with Maruti Suzuki Swift , Baleno, Ford Figo and Hyundai I20.
