Hey What's your car colour? What colour are you considering for your car? And then the answer came . Some like colour with maximum wavelength RED , a colour which can easily make people turn head while you are on your way to lead the world, some like white coloured car its for subtle nature, some say yellow looks amazing . The colour combination for our eye is uncountable and the way companies are learning the new paint technologies , there is a lot in the show to still wait for , but one colour that can easily split opinion is the colour BLACK. Now, the real question comes How much Black?
Glossy black , matt black , etc people say wit glitter in their eyes when asked about their car colour , a colour that can absorb light or shall we say maximum light coming compared yo other colours and then making any black coloured object look a scintillating piece of art. Considering the black colour on moving machine is a different shivering feel altogether. Coming back to the question, How much Black?

Well BMW has showcased its VANTABLACK X6 which is the blackest car in the world. The car is not expected to run on assembly line . X6 seriously? A car that is pretty much known for its coupe like design and curves all over the body, black will not highlight the true potential of the car, But looking at the car and the story is completely different again. Only the lights and the BMEs light grille can make you realise it is some sort of a car. Painted in darkest pigment VANTABLACK, a pigment that uses carbon nanotubes and can absorb upto 99.65% light making it undefinable to express when painted on a familiar moving machine. Yes, black is the most accident prone colour due to visibilty issues as explained by many research Institutes but it is the status, the charm this colour carries and make the human want it like a wine. BMW has even glorified this colour which can make many car enthusiasts and car collectors to have one in tbeir garage . But BMW has confirmed that this car will not be going out in for production. It was a part of Research by the company to analyze the true potential of VANTABLACK and also see the changes it can make to the current automobile features and give more comfortable ride by looking at its applications.

BMW a German Car Company which has always set a bar when it comes to luxury ride experience alongwith better handling dynamics. The razor sharp steering feel and state of the art chassis balance has given this car company a special place in enthusiast's heart. This car company can even make luxury car a driver's car 7 series is one such example .
Now, what's new to talk about. Well very few people knows that BMW has been building protection vehicles or rather armoured vehicles for the Very Important customers . There are scenerios when such people have to be extra cautious on road considering the valuable positions they take. Vehicles carry all the standard equipments offered in the regular car , which shows how dedicated BMWs designing team is. Every car is custom built to expect the customer's needs and demands.

BMW has recently showcased the X5 Protection VR6 a Latest Protection Technology blended perfectly with the standard model's body shell. VR here represents the * Vehicle Resistance* suggesting the role it carries.
The BMW X5 VR6 is specially equipped with number of safety features to tackle the attacking situation.  The car can withstand the 15Kg TNT attacks within 4 meters of range. High strength steel parts are used to make the passenger cell making it safer and protecting the passengers from gun attacks. The car body is so well designed and armoured that it can even withstand AK47. The underbody of the car has also been looked after , it is madeup of aluminium and ballidtic steel protecting ghe car against DM51 hand grenades attacks.

How to avoid accidents on road

We love the joy of riding. It can be on any vehicle , the breeze we get on different types of roads, music which we always used to skip is playing , sometime alone and sometime with special company. But in today's scenerio when many people can afford vehicles, they are lacking the road manners, making the road accident prone and dangerous for other happy souls. Many people gets worried just by the thought of hitting roads. The quality of roads also plays an important factor here, the slippery cemented roads, tons of potholes, water logging during rains , cause vehicle damage and can also result in an accident. But what can we do on our end. How can we avoid accidents by ourselves? , What does it take for a human to realise the importance of lives and become responsible on roads? Can we avoid accidents by opting certain precautions while driving ? Let us see.


1. Taking care of your vehicle
     Researches have shown that the major cause of accidents have been the improper handling and           lack of mantainance of a vehicle. Resulting in mechanical and electrical failures on raods.                   Servicing your vehicle properly and mantaining the tyre pressure are the key elementsto look               after before hitting the roads.

2. Tailgating 
    There are situations when you wants to overtake the vehicle in front of you but due to some                factors when overtaking does not happen , you end up tailgating the vehicle you were wishing to        overtake. Tailgating can also happen due to other reasons like improper braking, high speed                maneuvering. We should always mantain a certain distance from the vehicle in front in order to          tackle down the chances of hitting the vehicle in front in case of sudden braking scenerio.

    There are people who use hazard indicators in case of rain or even while going straight on the              roundabout making other people on road left confused. Hazard lamps are only use in case of                standstill showing the emergency situation like vehicle breakdown. Giving indicators while                 changing lanes can also do wonders as it will alert the person riding behing to slow down or give         space . Many car companies give lane change indicator option as standard , pulling the indicator         lever once and not letting it hold the position will turn the lane change indicator option on which         means indicator of the respected side will blink for only three times and then they will stop

BUGATTI CENTODIECI: Let's know it more than Pictures

Bugatti an art factory that took nothing like anything statement way to seriously. All the cars from Bugatti have made a statement that back to back Blockbuster Products (read cars) can be launched by a single brand name. Carrying the  legacy of 110 years , Bugatti is stick to its out the box exceptional design and performance. Now they have come up with the all new Centodieci, a car which is astonishing in terms of both styling and performance part. The car is inspired from its historial models with classic wedge shape getting a futuristic touch.

The car is limited to only 10 units making it one of the most exclusive cars in the world . The limited number will also make the enthusiasts and car collectors to have spark in their soul to get one . Roman Artioli a bugatti collector and Italian entrepreneur, who have bought rights of the company with one sole responsibility of taking the name of Bugatti to be known as maker of best and fastest supercar in the world. This piece of Art will be hand-built in Bugatti's Molsheim factory and the customers will start getting the deliveries in 2021.


The car is based on the Chiron and takes its inspiration from EB110 . The front of the car is set low and the grille is also small compared to its siblings in the market right now. The logo is now put on the bonnet instead of grille this time. Talking point has to be the sharp and narrow headlights with LED  DRLs integrated  giving this car aggressive look . The  bumper of the car looks like as if it is taken straightaway from some UFO, equipped with some real big air channels serving the purpose of highway for air to pass through.

Coming to the side those massive alloy wheels with the design and patter somewhat similar to the what we have seen in Chiron Vision Gran Tourismo giving this car purposeful look. Brake callipers have been coloured red Window line is small and five cicular air channels are given behind the window to serve the purpose. Interesting thing to note however is the bumper line which is coming from the front to all the way upto sides of the car in a very neat fashion .

Coming to the rear and you will notice the party has just begun. That massive 8LED tail light setup , with two big lights on each side and set lights in the middle , in a very unique pattern. The matt-black dual exhaust pipes are set below vertically with the body coloured surrounding and three bars in the middle. The rear wing of the car is wider than the body , setup higher having curves on the sides showing the responsibility it has got to make the car not fly providing massive downforce.

Bugatti Centodieci will get the 8.0 litre mid-engine which is quad-turbocharged W16 producing 1,578hp of power at 7000rpm mated to seven-speed DSG gearbox . The car will come with permanent all-wheel drive system.


At a price point of almost 9million dollars , Bugatti Centodieci certainly makes a statement in all the aspects .

Automobile plays a major role in our life. Cars ,bikes and other form of automobile machines helps us to travel and transport. But the origin of automobile, How they came into pictures, What has led us to  this big picture is a matter of debate. Now a days, we have full access to many forms of vehicles, choices of colours, number of carmakers making number of models and then their variants, equipped with latest technologies . Those were days when vehicle were all mechanical, cars were not that comfortable, heavy steering wheel, no electrical equipments and servicing and mantaining when task in itself for the driver as service center availability was not that great at that time either. All these factors combined can easily excite any enthusiast to learn about the automobile history and the facts related to it globally, So here we will discuss some of them about cars.

 Carl Benz made the world's first automobile in 1885, known as Benz Patent Motorwagen. It was   equipped with a single cylinder four-   stroke engine installed horizontally, chassis of that car was   also specially designed to install the engine. The car could reach the maximum speed of 16kmph.

Some cars are fast really fast, some have luxury setup all the way around , some can help to move even a house. It is again all upto the customer what they want to consider according to their needs. But let's not forget cars run on fuel , they need energy to be functional .Cars have engine types like Internal combustion, hybrid, semi-hybrid and fully electric.

All cars produces different power and torque figures on the basis of the segment they belong to. 1. Speed factor:

   If you want your car to be economical then mantaining right average speed is the key factor. Cars are more fuel efficient when they  are running between 60 to 80kmph under this range the overall throttle response by the driver is gentle , engine runs on low rpm , needing less fuel giving high mileage.

2. Throttle response

The throttle response by the driver should be linear or if on highway cruise control mode should be preferred with prescribed speed limits . Predicting the situation like looking at the speed braker warning , curve ahead or other speed limiting signs should be monitored by the driver and speed should be gradually reduced by the driver well in advance so that their is less wear and tear on the braking system and if this action is applied the consumption of fuel will be lesser . Similarly, pushing the accelerator pedal slow and steady in traffic conditions instead of wanting to overtake hard and fast.

3. Engine OFF at Traffic lights

  One of the main cause that your car is guzzling fuel is because your engine is running idle on traffic lights and similar situations. Some people do this so that AC is running and the temperature of the cabin is mantained but if you are running already on road then turning OFF your ignition is the main deal. It will make your car save each and every drop of fuel as the fan of the AC still runs of Battery mode if needed and most of the traffic light stops are just for few seconds. That is one of the main reason most of the cars nowadays are getting engine Start/stop function.

Every new products and technologies introduced with them gets updated considering the user demands . Cars have always been a part of this transformation. They are getting updated in terms of safety and equipments list. There are features which are mandatory by the government and has to be offered by every carmaker in their products, which basically includes safery features. Then , there are features which are added inside or outside the cars on the basis of the feedback they are recieving from the customers or potential buyers. Companies are also updating these gizmos because of the advancement and the competition they are getting in the market.

NO matter how many features a carmaker has to offer you to convert the deal, there are some features which must be in your car before you make any purchase. Let us talk about them.

1. Anti-Locking Braking System (ABS)

  Anti-Locking Braking System is an active safety feature, There are incidences when driver applies the brake and the wheel gets locked, in order to avoid such kind of scenerios ABS technology was introduced. In case of panic braking on the road , specially on wet surface where chances of wheel getting locked are high, ABS will help apply the necessary pressure on the discs by the brake pads to avoid wheel locking . This will help the driver to have the complete steering control while braking and so that driver can avoid the obstacle in path.

2. Rear Defogger 

 The situation which is nightmare of every driver on road while driving is the lack of visibility. One of the internal vehicle associated scenerio which reduces the visibility outside is water condensation on the windows. We use AC  blowers to avoid water condensation on the wind shield but when it comes to rear part it is quite a task. Here the carmakers have introduced the Defogger, very thin metal linings on the rear windshield which gets warm by pressing the button to decrease or evaporate the water part on the glass to aid the visibility in any weather condition specially monsoon and winters when chances of rear windshield getting fogging up are high.

3. Parking Sensor
   

    Those were days when the drivers used to look back while reversing the car. It was quite difficult for the person to mantain the line while parking or taking the car outside by reversing, focussing on steering ,all pedal operations and looking what's behind all at the same time. Due to number of blind spots ,smaller objects out of the rear windshield lines are difficult to observe which makes other person or guide to be involved in the task. Here comes the  parking sensor technology, a number of sensors are placed on the bumper so that whenver there is a obstacle on the path which is difficult for the driver to observe due to big bonnet line or lesser window visibility the sensors detects the object/obstacle and warn the driver by making a distinct noise.

The Internal combustion engines have given us the way to explore the vehicle science in a different perspective. The way they sound, their reliabiliy , availability of fuel and the variations in torque and power on the basis of fuel have made the IC engines creates History. History? Yes! With the fuel prices going up and the carbon footprints making it difficult for life to survive, the IC engines which solely runs on crude oil products is causing harm to the earth.
What's the solution then? The Research and Development departments of various Automobile companies have been working rigorously to find the alternative way to handle the scenerio. They have introduced hybrid electric vehicles, which are equipped with battery pack aiding the power and torque figures and using advanced technologies like regenerative braking to make the car more efficient.

Now, Carmakers have gone one step further and they are beginning to introduce the complete electric vehicle in their lineup. A Vehicle which produces no noise pollution, no harmful fumes and is efficient too. Audi R8 2019 : Launch Alert.

Audi has always kept its image as a luxury carmaker, but the company equally focuesses on making sports car. Sports cars which can carry the whole family, their luggage and still mantaining their characteristic. Audi has the dedicated two seater sports car which has always carries the company's design language and engine dynamics to whole new level-  The Audi R8 , and this one has recently got the upgrade which has given the enthusiasts and potential buyers a reason to learn cars a bit more.
The car is expected to be launched in India in September, 2019.


Design:

The R8 looks sharp like other cars in the Audi's lineup but this one is  more aggressive with that singleframe grille which is now even bigger than its predecessor. The huge air intakes and the sharp bumper lines give this car distinctive look. THe lights of the car have been updated they are now getting the Audi's new LED DRLs pattern . The front of the car is minimalistic yet full of engineering and design art. From side the newly designed alloy wheels adds a lot of appeal to this car. The car is similar to the previous gen models and not much has been done here.Coming to the rear the car gets a spoler and and the oval exhaust tip certainly adds drama to the appearance of this car.

Engine:

The 2019 R8 will be powered by the 5.2 liter V10 engine producing 562 hp of power and 550 Nm of torque. The car has gained 30 hp of power over its predecessor. The car will also come with performance pack called R8 performance which will get 612 hp of power .  This latest version of the R8 will be able to compete with the Italian rivals like Huracan performante which produces  640hp of power. Even though Lamborghini Huracan is sibling of this beast.


The car has been engineered to provide more stability during corners as well as on high speed maneuvers. The steering feedback has been improved and the company claim that this model will be more direct and provide better feel and feedback while driving making the driver confident to push it.

The car can do 0-100kmph run in just 3.1 seconds.

Lamborghini Aventador SVJ 63 India

Lamborghini has introduced the new Aventador SVJ 63 . Sharad Agarwal ,head, Lamborghini India had  announced about bringing the SVJ63 in India back in 2017. Now, the time has come for a car that is History in itself. The name 63 suggests the founding year of the Lamborghini ,1963. The car has been given special touches in terms of colour scheme and there is  loads of carbon fibre.


Design:

The Aventador has always been praised for its design department. The way lights of the car looks at you with aggressive expressions ,the wind tunnel like designed bumper shows the purpose of the machine and the sharp lines all over the bodyhas always made the statement.
 This new member in the Lamborghini family gets a 63 written on the bonnet as well as on the doors to tell you what it is.

The car has got the dual colour scheme because of the use of carbon fibre all over the body making this car lighter and faster. The carbon fibre roof and the side carbon fibre body cladding certainly adds lots of drama to this car. The newly designed blacked out alloy wheels looks massive and sporty with the coloured brake callipers . Coming to the back and the big spoiler which is mounted high shows its purpose of making the aerodynamically advance. The exhaust tips looks very raw and the overall layout at the back is scintillating.

Engine:

The car is powered by a 6498cc V12 engine producing 770hp of power at 8500 rpm and 720 Nm of torque at 6,750 rpm.  The car do a 0-100kph run in just 2.8 seconds and can reach the top speed of 350 kilometers per hour.

The car is fitted with the four wheel steering system to help the car take corners more aggressively while mantaining the high speed.

This car is well limited to only 63 units .

Audi Q7 facelift : Review

The Audi Q7 has always carried the big luxury SUV image in the Indian market. The bulge and stylish design language outside and the comfortable ride in the inside has made this every Celebrities' first choice. Back in the day when Q7 was launched in 2006 it was very mascular and bulky SUV with bigger dimensions. But now, things have changed the carmaker has done a lot in terms of appearance as well as other bits over the decade.


DESIGN:

Exterior:

The facelifted Q7 is now more sharp compared to its previous gen models . Starting from the front the car has got the latest headlamp cluster with new LED DRLs and projector setup. Talking about DRLs their pattern is unique with bigger arrow shaped lights in the end. The octagonal grille of the car is now more subtle and blend perfectly . It has less chrome inserts , only the chrome surrounds and six vertical bars , overall grille is black giving this car a sporty look. From side the the chrome garnishing on the windows , the massive diamond cut alloy wheels , side body cladding and the broad shoulder line adds a lot of drama to this car. The length of the car has been increased by 11mm , at 5,063mm now, this Q7 naturally looks longer as is the case with all the Q7s. The Q7 facelift will come with the rear-wheel steering technology which will help this car make take sharp corners and parking in tight spots an easy affair.

From back the bold spoiler , shark fin antenna and massive exhausts with chrome inserts on both the sides and cladding on the bumper makes this car headturner. The noticiable change in this facelifted Q7 is the chrome lining which runs all the way from one tailamp to the other. Tailamps have got the new lighting pattern as well.

Interior:

Stepping inside and you will notice the high quality of materials that have been used and the car feels well put together. There are two touchscreens in the middle one on the dashboard and another on the centre console just like the A8 to control the various functions of the car . The aluminium and chrome inserts feels very premium and give the car modern look. The car is practical with number of storage spaces . The five seater version of the Q7 is delight for the chaeuffer driven people . There is loads of legroom and headroom , the seats hug the passenger and feels comfortable designed for making the long journeys a breeze. The seven seat version will definitely make it to India with the space saver tyre in the boot as well.

Engine:

The new Audi Q7 will come with the three engine options. A 3.0 litre petrol engine option producing 339.6 hp of power and two 3.0 litre diesel engine options producing 286hp and 231.2 hp respectively. All the engine options will be offered with the 8-speed automatic gearbox. The car will also come with the 48V mild-hybrid electric system with the help of which the car can run with engine switched off for upto 40 seconds. This electrical system will help the gain in improved fuel efficiency.

Competition:

The main rivals of the Audi Q7 are Mercedes Benz GLS, BMW X7, Land Rover Discovery and Volvo XC90.

Aston Martin Valkyrie: Truely from another Planet.

We have many car companies on earth making the transportation and commuting a joyful experience. Cars have always been associated with status symbol and enthusiam. Carmakers have always consider the feedback they have recieved from their customers or potential buyers and made the changes, they have Research and Develpment department to take on upcoming challenges. Even after seeing so many design languages something is missing.
Now, coming back to the headline.

We always have this question. If there is life on some other planet , What kind of people are living there. Are they technologically advanced than us or still living in the stone age scenerio for reference. Straightaway how they commute? Do they have cars? Yes! then what kind of cars?


Well if there is a planet where people are more advanced than us and you want to see their automobile than look no further because it is us who are getting advanced and the car is  ASTON MARTIN VALKYRIE.

Valkyrie it is. A car which is code named as NEBULA and AM-RB 001. Aston Martin Valkyrie is a hybrid sports car made by number of manufacturers including Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing. It is a limited production car.


Design:

Exterior:

Valkyrie is designed by Marek Reichman and Adrian Newey. It was displayed at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. From front the car carries the aggressive design language and looks nothing like anything. The sharp linings all over the body and the wheel arching which are higher than the bonnet section gives this car its own distinctive look. The headlamps are neatly designed with the DRLs and the projector setup . The overall layout of the headlamp is oval in shape.

The only way you can recognize the Valkyrie with other Aston Martin siblings is through the way its grille area has been designed. The familiar lifted grille in the centre with straight lines on each sides is something that reminds the Aston Martin DNA. The car is set very low to the car to cut the air and making it more aerodynamic efficient. Coming to the aerodynamics , the Valkyrie has air channels all over its body to give this car downforce and help it not fly.

From side those massive wheels with full alloy pattern to cut the air and aid the fuel efficiency

and low profile tyres looks sporty and unique. Talking point has to be the way doors of this car opens. Each door carrying the half portion of the roof while going up (Gull wing doors) adds a lot of drama to this car. The engine bay is quite long and here again the wheel section is setup  a bit higher like the front.


Interior:

Stepping inside the Valkyrie and there are number of screens welcoming you and showing you that you are sitting in no ordinary machine. It is a futuristic machine with no gauge cluster. The screens on the left and right sides are used to view what is behind, since the car has cameras on side instead of traditional ORVMs. Steering is designed such that driver is always focussed while driving this beast . The dials and switches are given behind the steering wheel to change the settings immediately without any distraction. The steering wheel of the car is removable providing more space for easy entry and exit. Overall cabin is quite small carrying and the seats are also designed specially considering the owner's body dimension through software designing.

Engine:

The Valkyrie is powered by a 6.5 litre V12 engine which is naturally aspirated. This engine will produce staggering 1,130 hp of power at 10,500 rpm and the car redlines all the way till 11,000 rpm.
The weight of this machine is only 1,030 kg with the help of which the power to weight ratio is 1:1 , which is again the achievement on its own.
The car has also got a Rimac-built hybrid battery system, adding extra bits to the engine. The car got the 7-speed paddle shift transmission to look after the delivery of power .
The car can go from 0 to 60mph(97km/h) in just 2.5 seconds.

Tata Altroz: Looks, Specifications Before Launch

Tata has finally cracked the code to male the unique and good looking cars. The carmaker is always known for its ever last built quality , ruggedness and engines which have set a benchmark for other car manufacturers as well. Cars like Nexon, Harrier certainly looks class apart and way better than what competition has to offer at the same price point. Introducing the latest technology and design has always been in the DNA of Tata motors.

This time around the Tata is coming up with a new car to join the lineup called 'Altroz'. The car which is teasing and making many Indian buyers to wait . It is expected to give a real tough competition to its segment rivals .

Design:

Exterior:
Tata Altroz was showcased at the Gene Motorshow 2019 and since then it has create a lot of curiosity among the potential buyers.
The car look quite  sharp from every angle giving it a modern look. The grille is neatly designed which blend with the long headlamp setup . The headlamp cluster is familiar to the old gen Tata cars with modern touch. Bumper of the car looks beefy and houses LED DRLs and foglamp not much below the headlamp.
From side the shoulder line give this car more mascular look. The alloy wheels on this car  looks unique carrying the sharp design language of the car.

Interior:

The Altroz is expected to come with latest interior design language which is opt by other moder  Tata cars in the lineup. For starters the car is expected to come with semi digital instrument cluster like Harrier, push button start , ambient lighting, cruise control , auto AC and other features to be revealed.

Engine:

 The Tata Altroz will come with the naturally aspirated petrol engine and turbocharged petrol and diesel engine options. The engines will be the same 1.2 litre configuratio s offered in Nexon but will make their way in Altroz in different state of tune. The Altroz is expected to come with both the manual as well as the AMT gearbox.


Competition:

The Altroz will compete with Maruti Suzuki Swift , Baleno, Ford Figo and Hyundai I20.
